Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Astro-Atasophy (atasophy.org), run by Daniel Ehrlich ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Who may use the site
You must be 18 or over. You confirm this when you create an account.
2. What the reports are
Each report is a reflective reading of a birth chart, offered for self-understanding. It is not a prediction of events, and it is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. Do not make health, financial, legal or employment decisions on the strength of a report. If you need such advice, please consult a qualified professional.
3. Reports about other people
You may order a report about another person only with their consent. For those reports we ask the person directly, by email, before anything is written, unless prior consent has been given and that consent has been stored; if they decline or do not answer within 14 days, no report is written and you are refunded in full. You must give us that person's real email address and must not attempt to approve on their behalf.
4. Accurate details
A report is only as good as the birth details it is given. You are responsible for entering them accurately, and for telling us how exact the birth time is.
5. The beta
The site is in a public beta. While it lasts, prices are reduced, as shown at checkout. Features, wording and prices may change, and there may be interruptions. A price change never affects an order you have already placed.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to access other people's accounts or reports, to disrupt the service, to extract the method or its texts in bulk, or to use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The reports, the method behind them and the site's content belong to Daniel Ehrlich. Your report is yours to read, keep and share for personal use; it may not be resold or republished commercially.
8. Liability
We take care to make the reports thoughtful and the site reliable, but we provide them as they are. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Nothing in them takes away any consumer-protection right that the law of your own country gives you and that cannot be waived.
