Refunds & Regeneration

When you are refunded automatically

For a report about another person, we ask them for consent before anything is written. You receive a full refund, automatically, if:

• they decline, or
• they do not answer within 14 days, or
• the email address you gave for them cannot receive our message.

The refund goes back to the card you paid with and can take a few days to arrive.

Free regeneration

If you are not satisfied with a report, you may ask for it to be written again, once, free of charge, within 30 days of receiving it. You can do this from your account.

Regeneration and a refund are alternatives: you may have one or the other for an order, not both.

Other refund requests

You may withdraw from any purchase within 30 days of placing the order and receive a full refund, for any reason, unless you have already used the free regeneration for that order (see above). To withdraw, email us from the address on your account, naming the order. The refund goes back to the card you paid with.

For a report bought as part of a bundle, the refund is the share of the bundle price paid for that report.

Beta prices

During the beta, prices are reduced. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, and the refund and regeneration rules above apply to beta orders exactly as to any other.
